Congratulations to Emily D’Angelo, Winner of the First, Birgit Nilsson, Zarzuela and Audience Prizes in Operalia 2018, for being honored with the prestigious Glenn Gould Protégé Prize, personally selected by this year’s Glenn Gould Prize Laureate, Elton John!
As part of The Glenn Gould Prize, each Laureate selects “an outstanding young artist who shows the promise of an exceptional lifetime contribution to enriching the human condition through the arts to become a Protégé”
Ms. D’Angelo will receive her prize at the Glenn Gould Prize Gala honoring Elton John on May 9 at The Theatre at Great Canadian in Toronto, where she will also perform
